We are representing a market leading Manufacturing company that are looking to expand its team! They are committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients and are looking for reliable, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Production Operative. This role is based in Stone, the heart of Staffordshire.
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet our quality standards and are produced efficiently. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with key responsibilities including:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting in the production line and packaging products
- Following health and safety guidelines and company protocols
- Conducting quality checks on products
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working in a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
