About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Transport Manager to oversee our logistics operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant movement of goods and vehicles. You will be responsible for managing  a small  fleet, optimizing routes, ensuring legal compliance, and leading a team of drivers and transport staff.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee daily transport operations, including scheduling and route planning
✅ Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
✅ Manage vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and cost control
✅ Lead and develop a team of drivers and logistics staff
✅ Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
✅ Handle transport-related customer queries and resolve issues promptly
✅ Maintain accurate records of transport activities, budgets, and reports

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in transport management or logistics

✔ Experience with fleet management software is an advantage
✔ CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification is a plus
