Hours: Full Time 0830-1700 hrs Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of our workshop operations. You’ll be the link between the workshop team, management, and customers — ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and workshop team.
  • Schedule and manage workshop bookings and workload.
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and workshop documentation.
  • Liaise with customers, providing updates and clear communication.
  • Process job cards, invoices, and internal paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering of workshop supplies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (experience in a workshop/technical environment preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

We are recruiting for a 3.5T Van Driver for our client, based in Stoke-on-Trent. NOT MULTI DROP !!!

This role can be offered around current availability and commitments, whether full time or part time or adhoc shifts-Reliability is key!

Job Details

  • Experienced 3.5T Van Driver needed for ongoing work
  • Delivering across the UK
  • The client is based out of Stoke-on-Trent
  • Light deliveries
  • Training is provided
  • Days shifts
  • Van will be pre-loaded, but you will be required to check the load is correct.

Job Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License or equivalent (with no more than 3 points, SP only)
  • A minimum of 6 months UK 3.5 tonne van experience
  • A good level of physical fitness is an advantage
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy required
  • Must own a smartphone (for delivery destinations and proof of delivery)
  • Must be tech savvy and has knowledge of using WhatsApp and other applications
  • Daily vehicle check must be carried out

Driver Pay and Hours

  • £12.00-12.50/hour Monday to Friday
  • Ongoing work for the right candidate and Temp to Perm Contract Available
  • Length of shift varies but will be paid for a minimum of 8 hours
  • 24/7 support and assistance
